SalonCRM

Bookings, the till, the client record and the marketing around it — built for salons and clinics.

Four screens of SalonCRM in sequence: the dashboard with today's appointments, sales, new clients, pending dues and low stock; online booking with the public page link, bookable services and booking rules; the social content calendar; and feedback and reviews with average rating and review-platform routing

Why This Exists

A salon's day runs on a paper diary, a phone that rings during appointments, a separate card machine and whatever anyone remembers about a regular's preferences. Clients cannot book at the moment they think of it, no-shows are invisible until the chair is empty, and nothing about a visit makes it back to marketing.

What SalonCRM Does

SalonCRM gives the salon a public booking page clients can use themselves, a calendar and roster the team works from, a point of sale that closes the visit, and the client record that connects them — with loyalty, referrals, reviews and campaigns built on the same data.

Key Features

Public booking page

A shareable link where clients pick from the services you make bookable, with pricing and duration drawn from your own catalogue.

Booking rules you set

Minimum lead time in hours, how far ahead clients may book, a confirmation message, and a switch that pauses online booking without taking the page down.

Calendar, roster and waitlist

The day's appointments against who is actually rostered, with a waitlist and recurring appointments for regulars.

Point of sale

Close the visit, take the payment, and keep the sale against the client rather than only in the till.

Clients, leads and consent forms

One client record carrying history, leads that have not booked yet, and consent forms where a treatment needs one.

Loyalty, gift cards, referrals and OTP

Loyalty with OTP verification, gift cards, and a referral scheme — all against the same client.

Feedback routed to public reviews

Post-visit surveys collect a rating; you set the platform, the review URL and the minimum rating that gets routed there.

Marketing and social scheduling

Campaigns to your own client list, plus a social calendar and queue for scheduling posts.

Inventory and reports

Stock with low-stock alerts, pending dues, and reporting over sales, clients and appointments.

What You Get Out of It

Clients book when they think of it

The public page takes bookings while the salon is busy, closed, or mid-appointment — the times a ringing phone gets missed.

The visit feeds everything after it

One visit updates the client record, the loyalty balance, the stock used and the feedback request, instead of four separate jobs nobody does.

Reviews, without asking everyone

Feedback is collected first and only the happy ratings are routed to a public platform — you set the threshold.

Where It Fits

  • A salon or spa taking bookings by phone that wants them online without losing control of the diary
  • A clinic or studio running recurring appointments and a waitlist
  • A business that wants loyalty, gift cards and referrals against one client record
  • An owner who wants the day's sales, dues and stock on one dashboard

SalonCRM — Common Questions

Can clients book online themselves?

Yes. Each salon gets a public booking page on its own link, and you choose which services from your catalogue appear on it.

Can we control how far ahead people book?

Yes — you set a minimum lead time in hours and how many days ahead a client may choose a date, and you can pause online booking at any time.

How does the review routing work?

Clients get a post-visit feedback request. You configure the review platform and URL and a minimum rating; ratings at or above that threshold are routed to the public platform.
